Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the requested return please take no longer than three days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in our possession, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please make sure that you don't exceed the 14-day period.

If you received a faulty product or you received the wrong items please use the same link. 
The link leads you to a simple and short process. That way we know how we can be of any assistance.

Make sure to write down your name, order number, and why you seek to contact us.
We need this information to process your request or it may get lost.

Be sure to keep hold of your shipping receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.

Return cost
We want to raise awareness of the amount of items being returned. For this reason, we ask you to take care of the shipping costs yourself. This also ensures that we can offer our handmade items at a cheaper price. We are not like the big retailers: We don't charge extra admin costs for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please use this link to report this matter.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom goods, the LEFT-project, mystery pack, worn items, self-damaged items, and gift cards. Please get in touch with Foolmaya Studio if you have questions or concerns about your item(s).

Wrong address / incomplete address
It is important to check if you have the right address or a complete address. Please check your full address before purchasing our products. After we sent you your order and it was sent to the wrong or incomplete address there isn't anything we can do. This could mean your order is lost. If your order returns to us we'll contact you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days to process and post the refund.

Cancel order
Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once you have placed your order.
